Warranty and Returns

Here at Becoming Eco, we aim to provide customers with a large range of products from multiple brands. The brands we stock have varying warranties and return policies. Please know that your warranty might be VOID if you don’t follow the brand specific washing instructions.

  • We check all orders before we send them to their new homes, but we recognise that sometimes things can go wrong.

    In the event that an item has a major fault or is defective, then please contact Becoming Eco as soon as you notice a problem. We will then work with the brand to find the best solution based on your situation. Please note that depending on the issue and the brand, the outcome will vary.

    Outcomes may include: product education, product or parts replacement, product repair, full or partial refund, or exchange.

    We will not replace, exchange, or refund a product if the product was intentionally damaged, or if the product has been damaged due to incorrect use (see Washing Instructions).

  • If you have sent you the wrong product, please contact Becoming Eco within 7 days of receiving your order.

    Your incorrect product MUST be received by us in saleable, brand-new condition (including product packaging if applicable) in order to be able to refund or exchange your product.

    Additional shipping costs of replacement items will be covered by Becoming Eco (original shipping cost will not be refunded).

  • If you have ordered the wrong product by mistake, please let me know within 7 days of receiving your order.
