Here at Becoming Eco, we use 100% biodegradable and compostable mailers from Better Packaging Co. You can read all about them HERE. This means NO MORE PLASTIC! They break down in 90 days in a compostable environment and are even safe for worms to eat!

I also use Better Packaging Co. compostable adhesive labels. Where necessary, I wrap products in brown paper inside your parcel bag in case of tears and damage to the parcel bag.

If I do need to use bubble wrap, please rest assured knowing that it has been reused from a package I have personally received. I encourage you to also reuse it, if you can.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight and charged at cost, as per the table below. This price is dictated by Australia Post and is subject to review. Unfortunately other parcel sending options (like Sendle) are unavailable in our area.

Orders over $120 in value will receive free Australia Post Standard Shipping.

Note: Only addresses within Australia qualify for free shipping.

Becoming Eco ships internationally! This is calculated based on weight.

Simply select your country at checkout and choose Standard Shipping or Express Shipping.

Becoming Eco offer local pickup if you prefer, from Zeehan on the West Coast of Tasmania.

Select ‘Local Pickup’ as your shipping option. We will contact you to arrange a convenient time and provide the collection address.

If you change your mind, or fail to respond within 48hrs, you will be invoiced for shipping and your parcel will be sent to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Becoming Eco aim to have all orders finalised within one business day of your order being placed. The local post office only accepts parcels before midday, so orders received in the afternoon will be shipped the following morning (on business days).

You can combine any pending Becoming Eco orders.

As long as your orders have not been finalised, your additional shipping costs will be refunded, and all orders will be packaged into one parcel.

If you plan on making a separate order in the near future and would like us to hold off on finalising your first order, then leave a note at checkout or use the contact form to let us know.

Additional postage costs will also be refunded if your combined order total is over $120 (Free standard shipping for orders over $120).

If you would like to make a change to your order, please inform me ASAP. All stocked items are limited. Where possible, we will endeavour to assist with your request.
